Being a Casino Dealer: Dream Job or Nightmare?
I should have used different terminology in my search, now I feel dumb for another needless thread I left it open because there might be some dealers or former dealers around who could give you a general idea in the current market. I'd certainly understand if they wouldn't want to though. Too many out of work dealers at the moment. And if its something you plan on doing as a career you might want to think twice about it as now a days you will be kept as a casual dealer with no benefits for years to come.
Casinos don't promote dealers to full time now a days, they all try to keep them all as casuals with no benefits as the casino saves money for not giving benefits away.
